Elevation Tech & Transformation is partnering with a fast-growing technology business that's building an AI-native platform for a highly regulated global industry.
Already working with enterprise customers and backed by experienced founders, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for engineers who want to help shape both the product and the future of the company.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage where your ideas will genuinely influence technical direction and you'll work directly alongside the founders in a small, high-performing engineering team.
We're interested in speaking to engineers with experience in areas such as:
- AI Engineering
- Full Stack Development
- Python
- React
- LLM Applications
- Agentic AI
- NLP
- Modern Software Engineering
You don't need experience across everything. Curiosity, problem-solving ability and a passion for building matter just as much.
You'll probably be someone who:
- Loves solving difficult technical problems.
- Enjoys building products from the ground up.
- Has embraced modern AI development.
- Wants ownership rather than layers of hierarchy.
