Air Tightness Technician (Remote)
Penguin Recruitment is hiring on behalf of an established industry leader specialising in air tightness, sound insulation, and airflow ventilation testing, they are seeking an Air Tightness Engineer to deliver high-quality testing services, improve energy efficiency, and help ensure compliance with building regulations in the Manchester area. Responsibilities
- Conduct air tightness testing on a range of building types and sizes.
- Work collaboratively with on-site teams to ensure smooth and efficient testing processes while minimizing disruptions.
- Prepare accurate and thorough test reports, and ensure equipment is maintained to a professional standard.
- Stay informed about developments in the industry to contribute to service improvements and cutting-edge practices.
Qualifications
- Hold a Level 1 Air Tightness Technician certification (or possess equivalent hands-on experience).
- Demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Showcase an independent, problem-solving mindset with a flexible approach to work.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation for travel across London and the Home Counties.
