The Company

This role sits within a high-profile transformation programme focused on improving reporting, analytical capability and self-service decision-making across the organisation.
The Role
As the Insight & Analytics Consultant, you'll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business, helping them better utilise data, reporting and insight to drive performance. This is a varied role combining technical analytics, stakeholder engagement, reporting transformation and process improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering actionable insight to support business decision-making
- Developing and enhancing self-service reporting solutions
- Building dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI
- Using SQL to interrogate and analyse complex datasets
- Acting as an internal consultant to stakeholders across the business
- Helping teams improve their use and understanding of data
- Supporting AI and automation initiatives
- Translating complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations
- Working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
This role offers a strong blend of technical delivery and business engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders as much as they enjoy working with data.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL capability
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
