Application Support Specialist (Housing Management Software)
London Bridge (2 days office-based, 3 days remote working)
£52,000 to £60,000, depending on experience

As an Applications Support Specialist at Hyde, you will help ensure our business-critical applications remain stable, reliable and fully supported. You will provide technical expertise across our application portfolio, resolving incidents, supporting upgrades, improving data quality and helping operational teams deliver effective services.
Key Duties
- Provide expert support across Hyde’s application portfolio, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
- Lead investigations into high-priority, recurring or complex application, integration and data issues, identifying root causes and recommending long-term fixes.
- Support approved configuration, minor enhancements, testing, upgrades, patches, releases and post-implementation validation.
- Investigate data quality and reconciliation issues, produce reports, data extracts and analysis to support business users and service teams.
- Work collaboratively with technology teams, suppliers and stakeholders to strengthen application stability, resilience, automation and service quality.

As an Applications Support Specialist we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications, data integration and analytics tools, including NEC Housing, Workday/Finance systems, OpenText, Snowflake, SSIS, eRPA and/or TMC.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, including incidents, problems, changes and releases, with the ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
- A clear, collaborative communication style, with the ability to explain technical issues in plain English and work effectively with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and passion for improving application stability, data integrity, automation and service quality.
- The ability to diagnose functional, configuration and data issues, produce reports and data extracts, use ITSM tools and stay organised under pressure.
