Apprentice Brewer
Location: Saltaire Brewery, Unit 7, County Works, Dockfield Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7AR
Job Type: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £16,640 per year

What You'll Do
- Learn every stage of the brewing process on our 70HL Moeschle brewhouse.
- Assist with brewing, fermentation, packaging, and quality control.
- Gain experience in yeast management and brewery operations.
- Maintain production records and support stock control.
- Help package beer into cask, keg, and other formats.
- Keep the brewery clean, safe, and running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for brewing and great beer.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, food production, hospitality, or a brewery environment.
- Experience using the BREWW brewery management system.
- A forklift licence.
- HACCP or IBD qualifications.
No previous brewing experience? No problem. Full training will be provided.
