Role: Apprenticeship Learning Advisor – HR/L&D
Working Model: Remote
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced HR or Learning & Development professional to join our apprenticeship delivery team and support learners through their qualification journey.
This role is centred around coaching, mentoring and guiding apprentices – helping them build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting a caseload of apprentices through structured reviews and regular contact
- Delivering engaging online workshops and group sessions
- Providing feedback on assignments and preparing learners for assessment
- Building strong relationships with learners and their employers
- Monitoring progress and providing targeted support where needed
What we’re looking for
You’ll need:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Experience supporting or delivering HR or L&D apprenticeships
- Confidence working with groups and delivering virtually
- Strong organisational and communication skills
It would be great if you also have:
- An assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA or similar)
- Experience delivering up to Level 7
- Familiarity with e-portfolio systems
- Knowledge of Ofsted or ESFA requirements
