Salary: £32-38,000
A well-established architectural practice in Northampton is seeking a talented Architect to join its growing team. With a diverse portfolio spanning sectors including logistics, education, hospitality, civic, leisure, and residential, the practice offers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from £500,000 to over £200 million in value.

The Role
- Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
- Develop creative design solutions and produce high-quality technical packages
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project programmes and ensure successful project delivery
- Utilise Revit on a daily basis, alongside other design software where required
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice through collaborative working and design excellence
Requirements
- ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience
- Proven experience leading projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Strong design, technical detailing, and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- A genuine enthusiasm for architecture and ongoing professional development
