Architectural Technologist Location: London Salary: £34-38,000
An established AJ100 architectural practice is looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join its forward-thinking studio in London. Role & Responsibilities
* Assist in the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use developments of varying scale * Produce comprehensive technical drawing packages throughout multiple RIBA work stages * Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations and construction details * Support Building Regulations applications and ensure compliance with current standards * Collaborate with consultants and project teams to coordinate technical information * Attend site meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Required Skills & Experience
* Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a closely related subject * CIAT membership, or actively working towards Chartership, would be advantageous * Previous experience within a UK architectural practice * Strong AutoCAD skills, with Revit knowledge considered beneficial * Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing * Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
