Architectural Technologist
Location: London
Salary: £34-38,000
An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its innovative London studio. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use developments across a range of scales
- Produce coordinated technical drawing packages throughout multiple RIBA work stages
- Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations and construction details
- Assist with Building Regulations submissions and ensure compliance with current legislation
- Coordinate technical information with consultants and wider project teams
- Attend site meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- CIAT membership, or working towards Chartership, would be advantageous
- Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit experience considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment
