Daily Duties
- Running projects and coordinating design teams through the RIBA stages, particularly post-contract.
- Producing and coordinating detailed technical information, drawings, and specifications.
- Developing practical, compliant, and buildable technical solutions.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project delivery.
- Managing project information and ensuring documentation is accurate and coordinated.
- Attending design team and project meetings, contributing to successful project outcomes.
- Supporting quality assurance processes and maintaining high technical standards.
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Architectural Technologist with a proven background delivering projects within an architectural practice.
- Experience running projects and coordinating design teams.
- Strong technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of construction methods and detailing.
- Good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work, particularly post-contract stages.
- Proficient in Revit with experience producing and coordinating technical information.
- Able to work autonomously while reporting to Associates and Directors.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a growing practice.
