Create an inclusive culture built on accountability, collaboration, and support.
-
Empower teams to achieve sustainable success.
Operational Excellence
-
Lead a complex, multi-site operation with strong planning and execution.
-
Drive consistency in processes, reporting, and standards.
-
Partner effectively across Retail, Commercial, E-commerce, and Visual Merchandising teams.
About You
You'll bring:

- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering sales and KPI performance
- Background in charity retail, second-hand retail, fashion retail, resale, value-led retail, or similar customer-focused environments
