Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Ref: AM081 Location: Maidstone, Kent Salary: £43,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing environmental consultancy who deliver high-quality asbestos services across the South East. They are looking for a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team covering Maidstone and the wider Kent region.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: * Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 * Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring * Work across a mix of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites * Produce accurate survey and analytical reports * Ensure all work is carried out in line with UKAS and HSE guidance * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst: * BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications * Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy * Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards * Good IT skills and report writing ability * Excellent attention to detail * Strong communication and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence
