I am working in partnership with a well-established housing organisation operating at scale, committed to regulatory compliance and resident safety, with strong investment in asset management and compliance functions.
Description
- Manage asbestos inspection and re-inspection programmes
- Oversee contractors delivering asbestos surveys and remediation
- Maintain and analyse asbestos data for compliance
- Provide technical advice to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with statutory health & safety requirements
- Support wider compliance and asset management functions
Profile
- P402 / P405 qualifications (highly desirable)
- Experience managing asbestos programmes in housing or property
- Strong data management and compliance knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
