Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Ref: AM072 Location: Manchester Salary: £36,000 – £40,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking environmental consultancy who deliver high-quality asbestos services across domestic and commercial projects. They are looking for a motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join their expanding team in their Manchester office.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor include: * Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across a range of property types * Ensure all work is carried out in line with HSG264 and UKAS guidelines * Collect bulk samples and accurately record site findings * Produce clear and detailed survey reports * Maintain strong health and safety standards on site * Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor: * BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) * Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within the UK * Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSE guidance * Good IT skills and experience producing reports * Excellent attention to detail * Strong communication and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence
