This Aspiring Maths Teacher Program (Salaried Training) offers a structured and supportive pathway into teaching, particularly suited to individuals who are new to the classroom or prefer a gradual transition into the profession.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Aspiring Teacher Program
- Teaching across KS3-4 with a focus on raising attainment
- Carrying out GCSE & A Level interventions
- Enrolling onto the Aspiring Maths Teacher Program (Salaried Training)
- September 2026 start – Full Time
- Training contract through the school
- Located in Hounslow
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must have a related degree for specific subject from a reputable University (minimum 2:2)
- Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
- Some previous experience supporting students, (e.g. Tutoring, Teaching Assistant)
- You must be able to engage and motivate the students
- Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout!
