Production Operative (Assembly) – Temp to Perm – Harlow
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Harlow. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work in a clean, modern environment, with the chance of a permanent role after 12 weeks.
The Role
You will be working at stations on a production line, assembling high-quality components in a structured and process-driven environment.
Duties include:
- Assembling products using small components and hand tools
- Operating semi-automated machinery
- Following clear, step-by-step instructions
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the process
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency at all times
This is a repetitive role, so it would suit someone who is focused, patient, and takes pride in doing a job well.

Pay & Benefits
- £12.71 per hour
- Pay increase to £13.40 per hour after 12 weeks
- Opportunity for a permanent contract
- Weekly pay
Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:55 – 16:40
- Friday: 07:55 – 15:25
- 45 minutes unpaid break per day
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing
- Good attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable:
- Experience working with small components
- Use of hand tools
- Background in electronics, precision, or fine assembly
