Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Line Operatives on behalf of a global manufacturing client based in Redruth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with full training and induction provided. Key Duties
-
Assemble small parts with a high level of dexterity and attention to detail.

Complete production paperwork accurately.

Work as part of a close-knit team to meet production targets.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
- Recent manufacturing/ production experience is a must

Excellent dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination.

Good level of English and Maths.

Team player with a common-sense approach.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexible and willing to work various shifts if required.

What We Offer

You must be happy to work all three shifts on a rotational basis including 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm/ 10pm – 6am| £19.77/£22.18

Day shift (if required): 8am-4:30pm | £18.09 per hour.

Excellent overtime rates available.

No weekend work (unless overtime is offered).
