Pay: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour

Must Haves:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good practical skills and attention to detail
Experience using hand and power tools is beneficial
Assembly or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
Basic electrical or LED wiring knowledge is desirable
Hours:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 11:00am – 7:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Alternating weekly shifts

As an Assembly Operative, you'll work on a variety of exciting projects, assembling high-quality products while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products to a high standard using hand and power tools
- Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
- Assist with basic LED wiring and electrical assembly
- Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Work closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
- Basic electrical or LED wiring knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, flexible and a great team player
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
