Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Processing invoices and payment runs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and ledgers.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Monitor and process invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- An ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £40,000.
