We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing independent estate agency in Colchester. This opportunity has arisen due to continued expansion, and the business is seeking an experienced property professional with strong knowledge of the local market and a proven track record of success.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager, you will:
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner
- Drive new business opportunities and support branch growth
- Cross-sell additional services to maximise revenue potential
- Oversee the sales progression process from offer to completion
- Support the management and development of the team, leading by example
- Contribute to overall branch performance and success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey at all times
Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager
- Strong current knowledge of the Colchester property market (essential)
- Track record of winning business and closing deals
- Target-driven and highly motivated mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach
- Natural leadership ability and team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
What's on Offer?
- Up to £30,000 basic salary
