We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-performing showroom team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and loves developing people just as much as hitting targets.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Store Manager in running a busy, high-performing showroom
- Leading from the front – driving sales and setting the standard on the shop floor
- Coaching, developing, and motivating the team to consistently exceed targets
- Taking ownership of sales performance and identifying ways to improve results
- Creating a positive, high-energy culture where people love coming to work
- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience every single time
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a retail leadership role (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Senior Sales etc.)
- Strong sales background in a target-driven environment
- A natural leader who can inspire, coach, and bring the best out of a team
- Confident, organised, and commercially aware
- Someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to get stuck in
