Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager to support the growth of their busy Holloway office and play a key role in driving new business and branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Lettings Manager in delivering branch targets
  • Winning instructions and generating new business
  • Conducting market appraisals and property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and securing lets
  • Coaching and supporting junior negotiators
  • Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
  • Contributing towards branch growth and profitability

Essential Requirements
 Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 2 years' residential lettings experience.
 Minimum 2 years' Estate Agency Lettings experience
 Proven track record of achieving targets
 Experience generating instructions and business development
 Strong leadership potential
 Reapit experience preferred
 Full UK Driving Licence required
