Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of a busy footwear retail store

Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key KPIs

Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge

Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with current trends

Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team

Ensure stock control, replenishment, and store operations are executed efficiently

Create an engaging and energetic shopping environment that reflects a trend-led brand
