I’m working with a growing property management business looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a residential portfolio. This role offers great exposure to block management and a clear pathway into a Property Manager position for someone keen to develop their career in the sector.
The Role
You’ll support the Property Management team with the day-to-day running of residential developments, acting as a key point of contact for residents, contractors and stakeholders while helping ensure sites are managed efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management of residential developments
- Handling resident and contractor enquiries via phone and email
- Carrying out site visits and block inspections
- Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works
- Supporting contractor procurement and quotations
- Assisting with meetings, site visits and AGMs
What We’re Looking For
- Some property experience (block management, lettings, estate agency, housing, etc.)
- Strong customer service skills, both phone and email
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident IT skills and ability to learn property systems
- Full UK driving licence preferred
