Assistant Sales Manager – Holloway
Basic Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + Uncapped Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join a high-performing estate agency in the Holloway area.
This role is ideal for a proven Senior Sales Negotiator or existing Assistant Manager looking to step into a leadership position, supporting the day-to-day running of a successful office while driving performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Driving team performance and helping to achieve and exceed targets
- Winning new instructions and generating business opportunities
- Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
- Negotiating offers and overseeing the sales process through to completion
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Assisting with strategy, marketing, and business growth initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Manager
- Strong track record in valuations and winning instructions
- Proven ability to drive and influence team performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a commercial mindset
- Professional, proactive, and highly organised
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
What's on Offer:
- Basic salary of £30,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
- 10% individual commission
- 5% generation commission (on self-generated business that completes)
- Quarterly bonus (subject to targets being achieved)
- Tiered commission structure above £150,000, increasing to 15%
