Assistant Service Manager
Franchised Motor Dealership – Borehamwood
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Service Manager on behalf of a successful and growing automotive business in the local area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Senior Service Advisor or existing Assistant Service Manager looking to join a busy aftersales operation with a strong earning potential and clear career progression.
Package:
£40,000 basic salary
£55,000 OTE
8am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Service Manager with daily department operations
Overseeing and motivating the team
Ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained
Managing workshop loading and workflow
Assisting with KPI performance and departmental targets
Handling customer queries and escalations professionally
Maintaining strong communication between workshop and front-of-house teams
Requirements:
Previous experience within an automotive aftersales environment
Strong leadership or supervisory experience
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Kerridge / DMS experience advantageous but not essential
