Working 2 days / 2 nights / 4 off, 12 hour shifts, on offer is an exciting and technically-interesting role, where you will act as a step-up Team Leader and mentor for your team, whilst remaining part hands-on. You will complete this pattern for 7 rotations, after which you will enjoy 18 days off!
This role suits a Production team member from a Smelting, Forging or Hot Metal environment, looking to progress as an Assistant Team Leader.
