This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Design Specialist to join a forward-thinking team within the manufacturing industry. The role is based in mostly remotely but being able to travel into London and Surrey/ Berkshire and focuses on delivering creative design solutions and supporting various business functions.

Description

  • Develop and execute creative design solutions to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality visual content for presentations, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update the company's design assets and templates.
  • Provide support for ad hoc design requests from various departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to enhance design output.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the company's standards and values.

Profile

A successful Associate Design Specialist should have:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as CAD or Adobe.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
