A well-established wealth management firm is looking to appoint an Associate Financial Planner within its Berkshire office.
This role would suit either a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner looking to move into advice or a junior Financial Adviser seeking a supportive environment to continue developing their career.
The successful individual will work with an existing client bank and, following the firm's internal sign-off process, will begin advising clients and conducting review meetings. The focus is initially on servicing existing clients, with the opportunity to progress into a full Financial Planner position over time.

The role:
- Advising and servicing an existing client base
- Conducting client review meetings
- Preparing and presenting suitable recommendations
- Working alongside experienced Financial Planners and support staff
- Progressing towards a Financial Planner role
Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (or close to completion)
- Experience within financial planning, paraplanning or wealth management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to build a long-term career in financial planning
Package:
- Salary up to £55,000
