An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of London's most established and respected prime residential agencies as an Associate Lettings Consultant within a high-performing East London team.
This role is ideal for a confident, driven and commercially minded negotiator who thrives on winning business, closing deals and building long-term client relationships. We are looking for a genuine deal-maker with the ambition to become one of the top performers within a successful and collaborative office.
The patch covers some of London's most sought-after rental markets, including Tower Bridge, Southbank and Wapping, offering access to a diverse portfolio of properties and a strong applicant database.
The Role

• Conducting viewings and converting enquiries into successful lets
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to completion
• Building strong relationships with landlords, applicants and local contacts
• Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
• Proactively canvassing and identifying opportunities within the local market
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
• Consistently achieving and exceeding individual targets and KPIs

About You

• Previous experience within residential lettings
• Proven track record of negotiating and agreeing deals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, ambitious and highly motivated
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business generation
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Professional, polished and career-focused
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred

Package

• Up to £34,000 Basic Salary
• £5,500 Car Allowance
• Uncapped Commission Structure
• Commission Kickers Starting at 8%, Rising to 12% and 15%
