Our client is a leading third party Loan Asset Management business. This market leading company works with a variety of different real estate lenders and manages performing commercial real estate loans, NPL's and securitised products on behalf of their clients.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a financial services professional to manage a portfolio of loans on behalf of one of their key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of loans.
- Working closely with the in-house Legal team and, where necessary, external counsel, reviewing relevant finance documents prior to loan closing and through the life of the loan.
- Liaising with borrowers and their representatives in relation to ensuring reporting and other information required under the relevant finance documents are provided in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other adhoc requests.
- Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.
- Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to drawdowns and calculating lender splits, if required.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial services.
- Solid analytical skills with interim to advanced level ability of Excel.
- Experience of working in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
