We place senior finance leaders, from Financial Controllers and FP&A specialists through to Finance Directors and CFOs, and we do it by building genuine, long term relationships rather than chasing transactions.
We are now looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join us and learn the business from the ground up.
What you will be doing
You will work alongside experienced consultants who operate at the senior end of the finance market. From day one you will be involved in real work with real clients, including:
- Researching and mapping the Midlands finance market
- Identifying and engaging high calibre finance professionals
- Supporting live searches for finance leadership roles
- Building your own network of candidates and clients over time
- Learning how to advise, not just sell
What we are looking for
- A recent graduate, any degree discipline – Sales experience beneficial
- Genuinely curious about business, people and what makes organisations tick
- Confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone and meeting people
- Resilient, ambitious and willing to put the work in early to build something long term
- Commercially minded with an interest in finance, private equity or professional services
