Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the audit process
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior members of the audit team, supporting their development and technical growth
- Review audit files and working papers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Contribute to business development activity and assist in identifying opportunities to grow the firm's client base
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or working towards final stages of qualification
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit processes, accounting standards, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently at all levels
- Motivated, organised, and commercially aware, with a genuine desire to progress within a practice environment
