We're partnering with one of the UK's leading specialist audit teams within the Not For Profit sector. Due to sustained growth and continued investment, they're looking to appoint an ambitious Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding team.

The Role

You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of charity and Not For Profit clients, working closely with Partners and Directors while leading audit teams and acting as a trusted adviser to clients.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of charity and Not For Profit clients.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and trustees.
• Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Reviewing statutory accounts and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Providing technical guidance across complex assignments.
• Working closely with senior leadership on strategic client matters.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the team.

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who:

• Are ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Have experience managing audit clients within practice.
• Have exposure to charities, education, social enterprises or broader Not For Profit organisations, although strong commercial sector candidates with a genuine interest in the sector will also be considered.
• Enjoy building long-term client relationships.
• Take pride in developing and mentoring teams.
• Have strong technical and communication skills.
• Are ambitious and motivated by long-term career progression.
