The Opportunity

As Audit Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, leading audit assignments from planning through to completion while managing and developing a high-performing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, team leadership, and being part of a firm where progression is genuinely achievable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients
  • Leading audits from planning to completion
  • Reviewing statutory accounts and audit files
  • Managing and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with Partners and Directors on portfolio development
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and audit standards

About You

  • ACA / ACCA qualified
  • Previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice
  • Strong audit and accounts experience
  • Experience managing audit assignments and supervising staff
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach
  • Motivated to progress within a growing firm
