This role would suit an ACA or ACCA part-qualified or newly qualified accountant who is keen to develop technically and broaden their client-facing experience within a high-quality practice environment. Key Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and relevant reporting standards
- Identifying and communicating audit findings, risks, and recommendations to senior staff and managers
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the audit team, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, contributing to an exceptional service experience
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified or newly qualified, with a commitment to completing your professional exams
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and audit methodology, with the ability to apply this to complex assignments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
