In this Audit Senior role, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, managing audit assignments from planning through to completion and acting as a key point of contact for both clients and junior team members. You will work across a broad range of sectors, gaining exposure to clients of varying sizes and complexity. Key Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing constructive feedback and on-the-job coaching
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the audit process
- Preparing audit files and financial statements to a high standard, ready for Partner review
- Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the growth of the client base
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist stage) with a solid grounding in external audit
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to handle complex audit assignments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in managing client and stakeholder relationships
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ambition to progress within a growing firm
