The successful candidate will take a leading role in planning, executing, and finalising audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients, spanning various sectors and turnover sizes. You’ll work closely with Audit Managers and Partners, supervising junior members of staff and ensuring audits are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and in line with current auditing standards. This role offers genuine scope for progression, with clear pathways towards Audit Manager for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalise statutory audits for a varied client portfolio
- Supervise and support junior audit team members on assignments
- Liaise directly with clients to build strong working relationships
- Identify areas for process improvement and add value during audits
- Report findings to Audit Managers and Partners in a clear, timely manner
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing qualification
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical audit knowledge and understanding of current auditing standards
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
