Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via telephone, email, and customer service platforms.
- Manage customer orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Handle enquiries relating to products, orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and case notes within CRM and internal systems.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely query resolution.
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service experience is essential, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage challenging situations.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- A positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be advantageous.
