About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Banner Production Technician to join our small team. You will play a key hands-on role in producing high-quality banners and promotional materials, ensuring every job is finished to a professional standard and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finishing banners — trimming, eyeletting and hemming.
- Monitoring printers, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment
- Quality checking all jobs before they leave the workshop
- Packaging orders ready for customer collection or shipment
- Working closely with the team to meet tight deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in print environment is preferred, but full training will be given.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a positive team-player attitude
- Physical fitness — comfortable standing for long periods and manual handling
