An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to support the growth of a leading Real Estate practice within an international law firm.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and international teams, the successful candidate will drive strategic BD and marketing initiatives, client targeting, profile-raising campaigns and cross-selling opportunities. The role will also involve coordinating pitches, events, marketing communications and thought leadership activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and delivering BD strategy and growth plans
- Managing client relationships and targeting opportunities
- Delivering integrated marketing and BD campaigns
- Coordinating pitches, directories and award submissions
- Producing marketing collateral and digital content
- Advising and supporting stakeholders on BD best practice
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years’ BD/marketing experience within professional services
- Experience working with the Real Estate sector
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- A collaborative and commercially focused approach
