The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with KS2 pupils who require additional support with behaviour regulation, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in learning. You will provide 1:1 and small group interventions, helping pupils develop positive coping strategies, improve social skills, and build confidence within the classroom environment. Working alongside staff, you will contribute to personalised support plans and monitor pupil progress. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive, and capable of forming positive relationships with children while maintaining clear boundaries and expectations. Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or emotional needs is essential.
