Behaviour Mentor – Full-Time | Lewisham
Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for your next rewarding opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and supportive school in Lewisham on a full-time (5 days per week) basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while becoming part of a fantastic school community that values staff development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support to students.
- Build positive relationships that encourage engagement and personal development.
- Implement behaviour strategies to promote positive outcomes.
- Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to support individual student needs.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
- Possesses strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and safeguarding.
- Holds a degree (preferred but not essential).
- Is resilient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young people.
