Bench Joiner
Location: Kettering
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: £14-£16, depending on experience
We're looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing high-quality bespoke joinery and have experience manufacturing timber windows from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Bench Joiner, you'll be responsible for building bespoke timber windows, door etc from scratch, managing each project from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on your own projects throughout the week, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manufacturing bespoke timber windows from start to finish.
- Working from technical drawings and specifications.
- Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Keeping your work area clean and organised.
- Working independently while contributing to a skilled workshop team.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years' bench joinery experience.
- Proven experience manufacturing timber windows or similar bespoke joinery.
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality finished products.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering outstanding workmanship.
