Essential Role Specific Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Understanding of why people may struggle financially and or struggle to access financial products
Knowledge of what welfare benefits are available to residents and the rules for claiming them
Knowledge of sanctions available to creditors and the solutions available to residents when they are experiencing problem debt
Able to produce information for social media/websites/newsletters
Proven negotiation skills and third parties
