A London-based architecture practice is seeking a Bid Coordinator with strong creative and organisational skills to support its work-winning efforts across multiple sectors. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of key and high-value bids, working closely with partners and internal stakeholders to create compelling submissions. Responsibilities include coordinating bid strategies, overseeing portal submissions, maintaining internal bid procedures, and contributing clear, accurate written responses. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the wider Creative Suite is essential.
You’ll build strong relationships with senior team members to develop persuasive proposals, maintain the bid library, and ensure CVs and case studies are all up to date. Working alongside business development and marketing teams, you’ll help strengthen the practice’s industry presence and support the overall work winning team to ensure bids are won!
