Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for candidate delivery and the fast-paced world of construction recruitment?
We're an established recruitment agency specialising in the construction sector, and we're looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in Epping. You'll focus on resourcing top talent for a loyal client base — no cold calling, just quality recruitment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing skilled candidates across a range of construction roles (white collar and/or blue collar)
- Managing the candidate journey from initial contact to placement
- Advertising roles, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
- Building talent pipelines and staying ahead of hiring trends
- Supporting Account Managers and Consultants with fast, accurate candidate delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Recruitment experience (ideally in construction or technical sectors)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Based locally to Epping or happy to commute
