Boiler House & Facilities Engineer Location: Erdington Rate: £35-£40 per hour Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (10-hour shifts)
We are seeking experienced engineers with either a mechanical or electrical bias to support a Facilities team.
Essential:
– Mechanical or electrical maintenance background – Previous maintenance operations experience – NVQ Level 3 / C&G Part 3 Advanced (or equivalent) – HVAC experience – Facilities Management experience
Desirable:
– F-Gas and/or Gas Safe qualified – Pipe fitting, hydraulic and mechanical experience – Rapid roller shutter door maintenance – PAT testing – Compressed air systems knowledge – Boiler House / HPHW experience – Experience with barriers, bollards, turnstiles and access control systems – Understanding of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environmental metrics
This role would suit a hands-on engineer with strong fault-finding skills and experience maintaining a wide range of building services and plant equipment.
