Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping for a varied portfolio of clients
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns
  • Preparing management accounts and financial reports to support client needs
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships
  • Supporting the wider accounts team with day-to-day financial administration tasks

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience working within a UK
  • Proven bookkeeping experience with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Practice environment Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • AAT qualified or part-qualified, or qualified by experience
