Are you an experienced automotive leader ready to take ownership of a high-performing dealership and service operation?
We are looking for a General Manager to lead a busy automotive dealership and commercial vehicle service centre in Gloucester. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for site performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, compliance, and team development across our workshop, parts, and sales functions.
With a strong background in automotive aftersales and workshop operations, you will inspire and support departmental managers, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and commercial success. You will oversee workshop productivity, manage costs, drive performance against KPIs, and create a culture where people are motivated to achieve their best.
As the leader of the site, you will be accountable for delivering outstanding results while maintaining the highest manufacturer, regulatory, and health and safety standards. You will also play a key role in developing talent, coaching managers, supporting apprentices, and building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Salary: £60k base – £70k OTE plus benefits
